  The key factor behind Karin's success as a worldwide supplier has been its proficiency in keeping with international standards of quality control. We are dedicated to quality because we have made it our job, because our customers demand the highest standards and because we know it is the way to remain competitive.

Karin is a pioneer with respect to quality management. In 1995, Karin became one of the first companies to receive the ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate in Turkey's hazelnut processing industry. The HACCP system has been established in 1996 and is reviewed every year in co-operation with our clients and specialists. GMP rules are strictly observed.

Karin has two in-house laboratories that daily conduct the physical, chemical and microbiological tests on the raw material and the processed products, including tests for Salmonella and aflatoxin. Six full-time food engineers work in co-operation with laboratory staff to supervise compliance with Karin's strict quality management measures. Our microbiology laboratory is inspected every two weeks by Q&M Professional Laboratory Testing Services.
